ABSTRACT AND PAPER PREPARATION GUIDELINES

  • The Title and Abstract should be written in English.
  • Provide a list of authors.
  • The system will place the current user of the system as the corresponding (or main) author.
  • The abstract should contain at least 70 and at most 150 words.
  • The structure of the abstract should follow the IMRaD (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion).
  • Specify Primary and Secondary topics.
  • List 5 keywords in the keywords section.
  • Please use the following template to register your participation with us.

CMT USER REGISTRATION

New User to CMT

Visit https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ in your web browser.
Click on Register.

Create New Account

Complete the form.

Email Verification

Check your email and click the provided link for verification

CONFERENCE SELECTION

CMT Login Guide

Visit https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ in your web browser.
Enter your login credential on the front page of the CMT. Click Log In. You will be redirected to the conference selector.

Conference Selection

Click on "All Conferences" tab, to access the list of all conferences available within CMT. Type icoseid 2024 on the Filter. Select "The 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Engineering, Infrastructure and Development 2024 (ICOSEID 2024)" on the Name column.

After Selection

Your user will be temporarily associated with ICO-SEID 2024 with an author role.
With the author role, you will be immediately redirected to the paper submission page.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Author's Console

Click the Create New Submission button to start the new submission process.
Wait a few moments, and the system will generate the document upload form.

Create New Submission

Fill out all required forms.
Upload the abstract file according to the abstract template.

Submission

Should an error or omission occur, click Edit Submission button on that same page.
If everything is correct, click the Go to Author Console button, and you will see the paper you just uploaded in that page

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

Author's Console

Click the Create New Submission button to start the new submission process.
Wait a few moments, and the system will generate the document upload form.

Upload the abstract file according to the abstract template.

Submission
