SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
Abstract and Paper preparation Guidelines
1. Title and Abstract should be written in English.
2. Provide a list of authors. The system will place the current user of the system as the corresponding (or main) author .
3. The abstract should contain at least 70 and at most 150 words.
4. Structure the abstract should following the IMRaD (Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion).
5. Specify Primary and Secondary topics.
6. List 5 keywords in the keywords section.
7. Please use the following template to register your participation with us.

CMT USER REGISTRATION
New User to CMT
Click Register.
Create New Account
Complete the form.
Email Verification
Check your email and click the provided link for verification
CONFERENCE SELECTION
CMT Login Guide
Enter your login credential on the front page of the CMT. You will be redirected to the conference selector.
Conference Selection
Click on All Conferences tab, to access the list of all conferences available within CMT.
Find the "icoseid" on the filter
After Selection
Your user will be temporarily associated with ICO-SEID 2024 with an author role.
With the author role, you will be immediately redirected to the web page for paper submission.
Abstract Submission
Author's Console
If paper submission is active, Create New Submission button will be visible in author’s console. Click on it to start submission process.Wait a few moments, the system will generate the document upload form.
Create New Submission
Fill all required form.
Upload the abstract file according to the abstract template.
Submission
Should an error or omission occurs, click Edit Submission button on that same page. If everything is correct, click Go to Author Console button, you will see the paper you just uploaded in that page
Full Paper Submission
