- Additional papers for a single registration are subject to an additional paper charge
- The listed fees are valid for one presenter, one paper, or one abstract.
- Please note that it does not cover hotel accommodations or other publications listed.

- Publication in proceedings/special issue journals entails an additional charge.
- One registration form per abstract/person.
